I have a friend who did WW and she said those were her salvation for not feeling deprived. I have tried them and they are very good.<br />Exercise. Geeze. I was a 5X per week gym rat for years and my favorite exercise was free weights. Crystal Light etc...there are a ton of flavors and brands on the market, some all natural/no or low sugar. I really do like drinking water but since I drink so much it's nice to kind of mix it up sometimes!<br /><br />Exercise?
