Whew, I'm finally caught up with the photos! My headaches are gone and Michael is healing slowly but surely. He's not able to drive, so I've been getting up early to take him to work. It's been all kinds of interesting, because I. am. not. a. morning. person.
I saw a theme in this week's prompts, so all the photos are from the sewing room.
Day 68 - Make
My main making tool.
Day 69 - Floral
Pretty floral fabric
Day 70 - Happy Place
I know you've seen this too many times, but it makes me happy!
Day 71 - Details
I was taking close ups of the whole spool of twine when I noticed the frayed end.
Day 72 - Color
Day 73 - Favorite
My favorite fabric combo. I'll be making pillows for the couch.
Day 74 - Small
Tiny mother of pearl buttons.
Are you having a good week? I hope you are. I'm enjoying the warm(er) weather. Spring is almost here!!!

ReplyDeleteThose rose fabrics are gorgeous :) That's great that your sewing machine has so much space to the right of the needle. I need that!
Great interpretation of the prompts....love your happy place. Xx
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear you're both feeling/getting better!
ReplyDeleteLove all the color in your sewing room. The colorful buttons are so cheerful :)
Happy to hear you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteThe frayed twine is a great shot and how fun when something just "appears" like that.
beautiful fabrics, and I cannot believe how organized your studio is?! I'm afraid to go into mine at the moment. Partially because I recently packed most of it up to take on the road and it still needs to get put away, and partially because I now share the space with my 12 year old who paints and works polymer .... it looks like an explosion at the moment! But I wouldn't change a thing since I get to work side-by-side with my daughter. I love that
ReplyDeleteAll Amazing Shots A. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Week, cheers, T. :)
Great theme about a pass time that you're very fond of and very talented at.
ReplyDeleteYou've quite a stash of gorgeous fabrics.
