Sorry your knee is still bothering you, I hear ya, I had myofascial release P.T. last week and didn't do anything for the entire week after, not even cook, I have NEVER experienced pain like that and I am in constant pain :(
Know that we have to give ourselves a break and rest but it is hard to do I know.
Feel better soon and I am so glad you get to visit with your family this week.
