Getting Started

I pulled out some fabric scraps and cut 120 squares for the first baby doll quilt.  It won't be anything fancy, just a scrappy patchwork.  Except maybe I'll add some lace or ribbon or buttons, because I don't think I'll be able to resist!

What are you working on?

Happy Thursday!

  1. What a lovely collage of fabrics. I'm sure the baby doll quilt will turn out gorgeous - with or without embellishments. :)

I just finished making a chain necklace with matching earrings. If I can get a good photo of it I might post it on my blog.

  2. Pretty scraps! My hubby has been doing a GREAT job cutting a lot of my scraps into squares while I'm at the tax office. I hope to make some little quilts, too.

I'm busy with Etsy orders (thankful for that after a slow February) -- 15 oven mitts to sew before Monday.
Just mailed a sunbonnet to France.
