Thankful Thursday

I am so very thankful for the few days this little girl spent with us this week.  She is our only grandchild and the light of my life!  We live 125 miles apart and I get to see her a couple of times a month.  There are many grandmas who live much farther away from their grandchildren, so I know how fortunate I am to be able to see her when I do.

The house is so quiet and empty after she leaves and I immediately begin looking forward to the next visit!

What are you thankful for today?

  6. I have to tell you all that as cute as her hair is, it is a matted tangled mess! I'm afraid she's going to hate it when she's older!

  11. Look at that smile/smirk. She's so darn cute, Annette! What I'm thankful for today is that it's only three weeks before Bubby and his mama make the 815-mile trek to see Gramma and PawDad. I can't wait!

  12. Oh Annette, she is growing up and as cute as ever :)

I bet things quieten down when she leaves but all those memories must be amazing. :)

I am thankfully for so many things but today the first flowers started blooming in my garden YAY!!!!!

The crocus are so colourful yellow and purple and white. I can peep at them thru the window. :)
