I Heart Macro

My daughter sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that contained pine
and cedar branches.I was fixated with the cedar!

I took this photo with the 28mm macro tube.  I'm still getting used to the tubes!

I'm joining Lori at Studio Waterstone for I Heart Macro

Christmas is just a week away...are you ready?!

Incredible macro shot, Annette. Cedar does have a distinct character to its foliage, especially up close, making it much different than pine or fir needles. Love your top photo, all it needs is a couple of small ornaments and it would make for a pretty Christmas card.

I don't know what a macro tube is, but the photos are great, so it must have worked well! :-)

Very interesting photos, and now am in trouble. Have never heard of the macro tube. Just when I thought I "had it all'. LOL

Such a sweet gift and beautiful shots, Annette.

I am nearly ready, as of Wednesday evening. Looking forward to Christmas but especially to the five days my daughter and her family, including my grandsons(!), will be here for a visit.

Have a truly delightful, merry, and bright Christmas, Annette! Best wishes for a blessed 2012, as well!
