Wintry White Gift Card Holders

My daughter asked me to make her some wintry white gift card holders.  I made them out of wool felt, vintage mother of pearl buttons, shimmery silvery white embroidery floss, and iridescent seed beads.  Everything is hand stitched and I have the needle stabs in my finger tips to prove it!

Are you ready for Christmas?  I'm so far behind.  The tree is finally done but no other decorations.  The shopping is less than half done and I've done no baking.  I know it will all get done in time, but it would be nice to have it done already!

Have a fabulous Friday!

  2. Wow, they are so beautiful! Love the details on them! Not a day goes by where I don't prick myself with a needle ;-)
I haven't done much baking this year, but everything else is done!

  3. The card holders are amazing and such intricate detailing. I know what you mean about the holidays ... so much to do and so little time to do it in. :)

I sort of ... no, not sort of ... I down right neglected my blog this year but was able to get more decorating accomplished this year than I have since ... well since I opened my etsy shop and started blogging. lol :D

  4. They turned out beautiful!!
Time does seem to have raced away this year. I'm starting to feel caught up but don't dare let my guard down for a moment or I'll be right back where I was.
