Thankful Thursday

Every Thursday I share what I'm thankful for.  Sometimes it's a serious or big thing, and sometimes it's a goofy or small thing.  I believe that no matter what is going on in our lives, there is always something to be thankful for.  Always.

I am so thankful for windshield wipers that work like they are supposed to!  You know, the kind that swipe back and forth without streaking, dragging, or making noises.  I think when they are bad and not working well, you just get kind of used to it.  Then when you get new ones, you wonder how you ever managed with the old ones.

I'm also thankful for
     *  people who make me laugh
     *  sunsets
     *  cinnamon spice tea
     *  lazy mornings
     *  candlelight
What are you thankful for today?

Happy Thursday!

  1. Yuk on the rain (even though I know we really need it) But yay for good working wipers!
    I saw a beautiful sunset last night too. My room faces the west, so I see them often :)
    Today I'm thankful for lunch with a friend and getting to see her beautiful baby girl :)

  2. Only yesterday one of our windshield wipers broke! It is snowing heavily here and I am so glad to have heating and endless cups of hot tea. I'm also thankful for all my lovely customers who take the time to leave positive feedback...

  4. I had to laugh about the wiper comments, because it's so true. The ones that drag and kind of jump across the windshield are the ones that drive me the most crazy! Lol!!

    This week...

    Back to work and little smiles and BIG hugs from my cute little class.

    A fun evening with my boys just hanging out and laughing at home with a "kid friendly" meal. :-)

    Hot cups of tea in the early evening to take off the chill.

  5. SO true about windshield wipers!

    I am thankful for a nice dinner out with my hubby (gift card paid the tab), warmer temps, and winning a fabric giveaway sponsored by The Intrepid Thread and Maureen Cracknell Handmade!!

  6. Annette, you are better and being "present" and noticing what is going on around you better than anybody I know. You are remarkable and I look forward to these Thrusday posts. Thank you for making me pay attention!
