I didn't get to get out with the camera this week so I pulled up this photo from a couple of months ago and played around with it in Picnik. This is with the HDR-ish effect.
This is the original before playing with the effects. This is pretty but the first one is just kind of cool with the details.
I'm joining Studio Waterstone for I Heart Macro.
Go on over and see the incredible macro and close up photos!
Have a wonderful Sunday!

I love the details you pulled from the edit. Lovely rose.
Very cool effects. Love it!

Both are great, but the one you edited is so vivid! It looks like the stem is vining out.
Gorgeous! I am simply going to HAVE to upgrade my camera. I was strugling with some closeups for my Etsy tonight and even with the macro setting I could not get them as crisp as I wanted. My poor little Nikon point and shoot has it's limitations...
Don't you just love Picnik? I only discovered it a couple of months ago, but now I can't get enough :)
Happy Sunday!
beautiful shots, wonderful colours
Gorgeous! I think the original is just as hot. :)
WOWZERS what a gorgeous capture! Playing with textures is so addicting! Have a wonderful :)
Love!!! That first one I feel like I could reach out and feel rose petals on the screen! Happy Sunday Annette XOXOXOX
one word .... spectacular.
Isnt Picnik so much fun? Your rose and editing are spectacular!
Beautiful photos and delicious soft colors. Yes you can see the details, but the original really like the subtlety of color. Happy Sunday.
Annette, I love the effect, it really defines the edges! Very cool!!
I Love HDR shots but have never played with it in picnik, will have to try that. beautiful photo!
Your original photo is awesome, but I love what you did in Picnik!
Stunning photo.
I have never tried Picnic, I just bumble around in my ancient copy of PS. I love your results!
Oh my, both of these are just stunning! Lovely work :)
That is beautiful! Look at the detail! I have to go check out the picnik. Beautiful photos.
Gorgeous photos of this rose.
I love it, didn't even know one could do that in Picnik. Guess I need to play around with it more.
